Refund policy

Because of the personalised nature of printed jobs we cannot cancel or refund your jobs.
If there is an error on our part you must notify us within 7 days. Jobs must be returned to us in full before agreeing to a reprint/replacement. If My Favourite Printer considers the job to be of sufficient quality and within tolerance we reserve the right to return the goods and refuse a reprint/replacement.
